Outside it has been snowing. The snow shovel was propped against the window next to the front door. I was drawn by the shape of the shovel handle and the light coming through the window. The picture was cropped, as I just wanted the window to be in the picture. I have deliberately used a very cool temperature when setting the whitebalance. This has given the light in the picture a blue tint, which I feel matches the coldness that is outside and that is represented by the shovel.
